KETO AND SEVERE PMS

I am on day 2 of keto and dreading my pms that is coming because it always throws me off. Does anyone have advice on how to get through?

    I have the same issue with PMS. It's horrible. I sometimes use meditation and mindfulness to ride the wave of feeling instead of eating. Hope that helps.

    You may want to read about the benefits of magnesium and how it may help to lighten the symptoms of PMS.

    I get PMS symptoms that are extremely debilitating, migraine headaches, my back feels like it's on fire, horrible cramps all over my abdomen and thighs and around my hips. And I feel extremely sluggish and I cannot concentrate or barely have a conversation. I can barely walk and have to take time off from work.

    Get your blood iron checked, as well as your thyroid, and you may want to check with a nutritionist.
