I can't eat more than 7000 calories a day...

Even with peanut butter and spoonfuls of coconut oil, I still can't hit my goal. I eat a lot of bacon, sausage, white potatoes, and even occasionally take some mass gainer that has like 2000 calories..but I always come up short of my goal.

Any help (or ridicule/strangulation) would be much appreciated.
