Looking for friends to keep me motivated

Hello everyone. I'm a newbie, been doing it a week now. I have 69 lbs to lose. I am 45, wife and mum and I have hypothyroidism. I need motivation to keep me on track. Meal ideas and encouragement to work out would be brilliant. As I'm new I'm still sussing the App out but I will aim to answer as many posts as I can.
