Don't overeat anything, not even vegetables - balance them out with other foods - meat, fish, starches, dairy, fats. If you can't tolerate raw vegs, cook it.

Also consider if the bloating is really happening. It seems everybody bloats these days.

It's definitely bloating lol, I just need a few ideas to put with protein, something simple would be ideal, I eat most things

We don't know what doesn't make you bloat, just keep trying different ones until you find the ones that don't
Peas, Carrot, Brussel Sprouts, Corn, Cabbage, Beans, Onions, Tomatoes (technically a fruit), Spinach, Potatoes, Ect, Ect, Ect

Is it all cruciferous vegetables, or just these two?

Is is when you eat them cooked, or raw only?

My only suggestion is to keep playing around with it and try both raw and cooked. And to try increasing slowly.

Those are someof the most fiber rich veggies too!
What about some asparagus with garlic salt and light butter!
Or a side salad with water dense vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes and carrots.
I myself like raw carrots with Sriracha.
