Why You Must Take the Sculpture Approach

Building your body is a metaphor for building a sculpture. Think about it... every day you have one hack at it. Just one. Make it a positive one. Now we know that one hack isn’t really going to make a big difference. But the next day you have another hack, and then another one. And on and on and on. All of a sudden it’s 30 days, 90 days, 120… 365…
Those hits start to add up. Over a long period of time the sculpture looks different from the original. Now it’s a masterpiece. This is the same approach you must take with your body. You cannot burn fat faster than nature intended and you must take time to sculpt your body.
It’s going to come down to your eating habits. Are you putting the right nutrients, in the right amount, for your body to stay nutritionally charged but also remain in a deficit so you can burn fat? If not, then the sculpture remains the same.
Make sure you pick up the “tool” every day and take a swing at that sculpture. If you don’t eat what you’re supposed to or don’t workout when you said you would, just remember the sculpture is not going to look the way you want it to.
Anything worthwhile takes time... a nice piece of artwork or a million dollar business built from scratch. Why would your body be any different? Don’t buy into the instant gratification along the way. The end result is all that matters. Keep swinging every day, and if you keep swinging long enough, you’ll get what you deserve.
Stay strong my friends,
Joey K.
