I injured my feet 1.5 years while training for a hike and ever since I have not been able to workout consistently.
Any suggestions on cardio with plantar fasciitis/ Achilles heel?
I know swimming is an option but I just don't like swimming lol. Looking for other suggestions.
Is it possible to lose weight doing just weights? Getting desperate here I have put on 20lbs since the injury ;--(

Have you gone to a physical therapist or done any rehab work for this? I just finished PT for Achilles tendonitis and my PT advised doing the same exercises for PF in my opposite foot. Consistent twice daily stretching along with biweekly calf raises and balance work have made a huge difference.0

I also recommend seeing a PT for this. I did PT for over a year whole recovering from a broken ankle.0

Spinning, biking, and elliptical isn't too bad. Stretching and good shoes are a must. Google vionic orthoheel shoes. I swear by that brand of shoe.0
