If you are not going over your calorie limit than yes it is fine.1

Of course tuna pasta is perfectly alright for tea (dinner). I sometimes have it for brunch depending on my energy expenditure. Mayonnaise isn't bad for you, if your aim is to lose fat (excess weight). Simply maintain your myfitnesspal set deficit. If it fits, it's ok.1

Too many calories are "fattening." Tuna - protein. Mayo - fat. Pasta - carbs. your 3 macros are in there. Just make the serving size fit into your overall calorie allotment.
My strategy for something that is calorie dense. Instead of a small portion, find a way to "lighten" it up a bit. Subbing some plain Greek yogurt for part of the mayo, and adding extra veggies.2 -

There are no wring foods unless you are allergic or they make you sick. Eat what you want within your calorie limits.1

One again, there are no foods that are 'wrong' or cause weight gain. Eating too many calories (going over your goal AND maintenance calories causes weight gain.
So, even if you eat chocolate, ice cream and tuna pasta in the same day and stay within your calories, you won't gain fat. You may gain some water, but that is temporary and normal. Weight loss isn't linear, so there will be weeks where you lose more, less or nothing at all. Be patient and expect fluctuations.
Yes, you can eat the tuna pasta, just make sure that you weigh everything (better to weigh the pasta dry for accuracy). Weigh the mayo, too. I personally make tuna pasta with a serving of what ever pasta I like, a can of tuna, peas and then some Franks Red hot (it has 0 calories). Or if the food is in the trash, or burnt.1
