Dieting is new for me

Traking my food is helping me really see how much I eat and the calories of the food. I've lost 9lbs by doing the HCG diet. I'm also addicted to sugar so being strict with food has helped curb my cravings. Im having success losing my belly bulge. Today I wore a skirt and blouse I've haven't fit into for about 5 years. That felt wonderful!

Also, don't think of it as dieting.
A diet is temporary. When you stop dieting & go back to how you used to eat, you'll go back to weighing what you used to weigh.
Think of this as changing your life for good, and for the better.
Find a way of eating & exercising that you can maintain, that is healthy, that you enjoy.
