So I did give birth to my daughter in June via a C-Section and after breastfeeding for about 3.5 months I ran out of milk and put her on formula... after that I started to expand quite quickly, with feeling inadequate because of the insufficient milk supply and being laid off my job the chocolate bars seemed like a good idea to sooth my bruised ego.
Five weeks ago I decided to do a radical change and with the support of my husband cut out sugar, fats like butter and oil, fatty meat, the bread and pastas were also cut down quite a lot. There was no coffee, no soft drinks and very little alcohol (we had bachelor parties to attend so the "no-alcohol" was not something we wanted to do).
Because of the very low calorie intake of the mentioned diet I only did light exerciser like walking and post pregnancy pilates.
It was hard, but we managed. My husband was very close to killing and cooking me especially on the vegetarian-only-fruit-and-veggie days. ;-)
Today I am done with the 28d day plan and here is the before and after:
For the next 28 days I have created a new meal plan (in accordance of the 1200 cal rule) and will do daily 5-10 minute workouts that are kept simple, so planks, sit-ups, push-ups and some leg raisers. I will still do bi-weakly 30 minute walks and pilates sessions on Monday and Wednesday. I might also go for some laser treatment to reduce the stretchmarks a bit.
Then I will take my next progress pictures.
