Almost done with recovery

I love weight training, and do to a foot injury I haven't enjoyed cardio for a year. Foot is healing, and I'd love some suggestions on how to get back to it in the gym without killing myself.

    Are you working with a physical therapist?

    If not, I'd consider it or at least consulting one for injury specific recommendations.

    Beyond that I would use pain as a general guideline for whether or not it's okay to do a particular activity.

    If it hurts, stop.
