On the dashboard my fitbit says daily calorie burn, it's set at 1900 but I don't really know what it means. Is that what I should burn daily? I'm 5ft female eating 1200 calories per day and weigh 145 lbs. .any ideas please

It's just your current goal -- you can change it in settings to be whatever you want. There is no set number of calories you "should" burn per day. It can be whatever you want (above and beyond what you burn to just keep your body alive).

I love my fitbit but I use it in conjunction with MFP. Have you synced them? I use Fitbit more for my step count and calorie burn during workouts. MFP is for CICO

Your Fitbit should be providing you with an estimate of what you are burning each day. You should see your goal (which comes pre-set, if you haven't set it) and then the actual number. Your TDEE is another way to refer to what you're burning each day.

The goal is just an arbitrary value of your choice to set. The actual total burn is what Fitbit will estimate for you. This is your TDEE not your BMR. If you move more you will burn more and you can reach or surpass your goal.
If you eat 1200 a day and burn 1900 then your daily deficit is 700. This is 4900 per week. 1lbs is 3500cal. So you will lose just above 1lbs per week. In my 10 month experience this is deficit is too large to sustain. But if you burn less it is fine.

I think that FitBit chooses your goal calorie burn based on what it would expect you to burn if you got your 10,000 steps/day. I believe it's an editable setting. I set mine to be 500 calories more than my MFP calorie goal (since I am set to lose 1 pound/week) when I'm set to "active".
