Motivated in the morning...

But utterly without motivation in the evening. Any tips?

    I exercise at 6AM on the days I exercise usually 4-5 x weekly. If I don't I make every excuse in the book not to get it done.

    I'm mostly working on not eating everything in sight.

    I am exactly the same way. If I don't go for my walk in the morning I generally don't do it. Once in awhile I'm able to get myself out and about 11ish but after that I'm done!

    So I just make sure to try to set my alarm and go in the am.

    I'm the same way, I'll do so good all day, food and workout , than it seems like after dinner(maybe even before) I just eat everything that's instantly available to me.

    Struggling with this problem at this very moment lol trying not to eat anything else today because I'm right at my goal. Its rough!
