C25k question - missed sessions?

Hi all, for anyone doing the C25k what do you when you miss a session? I was sick last week so only got 2 sessions in. Do you start that week again, start the next week or continue from where you left off (in my case, the 3rd run of last week)?

Thanks!

I'd continue from where I left off or restart the week if I thought I need it.

Continue from where you left off. The rule for C25K is to repeat each session until you can complete it, then move on to the next. Don't skip anything. OK to restart the week if you need to. It's not about how quickly you get through. Keep it going!

As long as you only miss a couple of days, I'd just go to the day you missed and start from there. If you're off for a while (a week or more) you might need to go back a week or so, but you shouldn't lose fitness in just a couple of days.

Pick up where you left off. The first time I did c25k it took my close to 6 months to complete.

I am currently doing learn to move (level lower than c25k) after an injury absence. I missed 2 sessions last week due to the flu but tonight will pick up where I left off. I know I will probably find it a bit harder than if I'd done it last week and if I had been struggling with the last workout I would probably redo it.

So concensus seems to be if only 1 session/a few days missed then keep going from when I left off. Thanks all!
