How do I change my macro amounts to increase or decrease certain ones?

    You can do this under Goals. Unless you're a premium member, you can only change them in 5% increments.

    ok thank you. I'm not a premium member as of yet but my needs don't match what they think I should.

    If you're using the free version you can only change percentages for your macros. If you go premium you can set them by the gram.
