I needed to hear this today and am leaving this here in case you do too. I posted previously today regarding a Thanksgiving situation where an ex and I will both be present. I was having a hard time articulating why I held onto so much anger towards him when I had no desire to be in a relationship with him anymore. One poster kindly pointed out it was probably due to the fact that I lost weight, started dating a good-looking man and when he compared me to his ex (I subsequently broke up with him) it made me feel that I still wasn't good enough to deserve something good. She kindly said I was enough. I was ALWAYS enough.

I needed that. I needed to be told that. I need to believe that.

So, just in case you need to be told too- You are enough.
