Hi everyone!

My name is Elke and I am a mom to 3 boys. I work as a web developer (from home) and am fairly sedentary outside my workouts. My primary hobby is video games (mainly World of Warcraft) and I'm a the guild master for a guild called <Deez Nerdz>.

My primary goal for working out is to improve my body composition. I would love to decrease from 27% - 17% body fat. I'm hoping that through consistent workouts and healthy diet I can reach this goal by November 2017 (Blizzcon time).

Looking for like minded friends to help keep me motivated.

Thanks!

I was a gamer too once upon a time xD. You can very well achieve that goal -your plan sounds sufficient too. Apply yourself and do your best. All the best!

The problems with gaming is that is addictive just like food. Quit gaming start running. Byw-when do you have time to play games?

I have zero interest in quitting gaming. It is addictive, I wholeheartedly agree with that, which is likely why I've played WoW since Vanilla (almost 13 years). Finding the time to workout is not my issue at all, I have plenty of time and a flexible work schedule.

Do not quit something you enjoy! That's silly.

As you've said finding time to workout is not an issue, let me explain the rules I had for my children while they were growing up:
30 min of game time = 1 mile ( walk or run, does not matter), 50 push ups, or 100 4-count flutter kicks. This was done so that I knew they were physically active. It must have worked, because my daughter has similar rules for my grands.

This app has been fantastic. I have a bunch of wonderful friends who keep me honest. It makes it incredibly easy to track your intake and you output.

I wish you the best of luck on your journey! Please feel free to add me via friend request.
