5"6 158lbs, cutting down to 145lbs

Hello all, over the course of two years I have went from 175lbs down to 158lbs and although I have lost some muscle I did lose a bit of body fat. I would say that my recomposition has been going poorly but now I am wondering if cutting down even furtrher would reduce my body fat enough so that I have a flat stomach most of the time and decent muscle to show. Right now as it is I have tiny 12 inch arms and 23 inch thighs to show for all this cutting I've been doing. Compared to the 14 inch arms and 27 inch thighs I used to have but at a much greater body fat. So my question is this, should I cut even further down or do a controlled bulk and see where that gets me? As of right now I am still in the 20's for body fat ( no visible abs or core development and stomach is often distended).

    Why did you make a new thread? I would suggest putting this in with the thread you bumped up today so all the info is in one place. You will get better info when people can read all of your posts in one place.
