    I go to the local high school track. Too many stray dogs in my town to run my neighborhood.

    Always outside and I do not mind rain at all but I do draw the line at 42 degrees and below.. I have several running routes mapped out in my neighborhood and surrounding hoods..

    I usually like to do it outside right around sunset. If it is too cold the treadmill works.

    My favorite place to run was the park I used to go to. It was a lot bigger than what I use now, had forested trails, paved trails, and dirt trails.
