Hello! Intro post

Hey everyone - I've been lackadaisically using myfitnesspal for some years now and really want to amp up my usage and really track everything to be more accountable and lose the weight I've been meaning to for some time now. I'm a Canadian gal in my early 30's and am SO WEAK around the foods I love.

    Welcome to MFP, I to have been lacking in my post and getting on MFP. But I haven't had time to log on it's been more important for me to get to the gym. So I've been gone from my computer but not my goals. What I've learned about the foods I was eating I've been staying away from, I'm still losing weight and I'm down to 272 Yea.
