My name is Nat I just got the app yesterday and am still getting used to it, can anyone tell me some cool stuff about it I might not know??
Also more specifically those who do strength training how do you record that properly?

    Hello,its usefull app specially about tracking food i was suprise about some foods nutrients and help me better understanding it,like the barcode scanning ,even worked on some foods from my country:) Im not recording my trainning its more importand for me to know which food what time and how much to eat :) hv fun and good luck
