Transferring recipes to mfp

So for meals I find on the Web I have tried to transfer the recipes to mfp to figure out calories. I'll switch out the brands the original person used with the brands I use to try and make it as accurate as possible but I still feel like it's not right. Am I using it wrong? Am I missing something? I usually say I eat more than I did so it give me more calories in case it's off. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post! And thanks!

If you are putting in the correct weights and products that you are using then there is no issue in putting the correct portion size you are having.
Not sure what else can be said on this.0 -
