Lets do this, again.

Hey everyone,
My name is david, im not in bad shape but im not where i used to be. While deployed i became infatuated with fitness and nutrition, and i became very fit. In Jan of this year i ruptured my achilles tendon playing basketball.. :( Its about 6 months to a year to fully recover, im at 6 months since surgery now. I can jog for small amounts of time and do light calf work, so its progress and thats what matters. I am just now allowed to start impact activities and such so i figured I would go all out again, and joining this site helps track my diet. Im supportive of anyone who is trying to better themselves and I am educated on nutrition. So if anyone would like support, has questions or tips, im here for that. I use Greg Plitts workout vids off of his site, its cheap and he is the number one fitness model in the world. He has a no **** attitude, and isnt trying to sell you his suppliments and stuff so it makes it even more worth it. I wish you all luck with your goals, and hope you all stay positive and go hard.
