Water!

I seriously, completely, totally hate water. I know that flavoring it can help. Does anyone else struggle with this?

I like flavored water, nothing wrong with it. I also like coffee, it's mostly water and so is diet soda. See, all is not lost0

Nope. I love water. Just keep a bottle near you at all times until you develop a habit of drinking it. Im actually training self to drink less water XD1

Try different types of bottled water. Not all water tastes the same. I love water but now and again I get water that just doesn't taste good.0

No, but I'm cheap and lazy so tap water fits my lifestyle. Sometimes I add ice, carbonation, or a lemon slice when I'm feeling fancy.1

I love water but I also drink a lot of caffeine-free herbal teas throughout the day. Lemon ginger, peppermint, and tangerine are my favorites and do not need added sugar. That might help break up the monotony for you.0

I drink 4.5L of water a day. I find that drinking 500ml at a time gets it over and done with sooner lol1

In my opinion, bottled water is a huge waste of money and resources. I use tap water. If you don't like the taste (some places have horrible tasting tap water), either get a water filter or use a calorie free flavouring like Crystal Light. Slowly use less and less flavouring until you get to the most dilute you can tolerate.1

I wasn't fond of water either until I saw how it helps flush out retained water. Now I keep a big bottle and drink it all day. You do begin to want it after a few days.0

Nope I love water. I can go without food for some time but not without water. I drink 8-10 glasses a day.0

Wait, so drinking water makes you crave more water? That sounds like the claims people who say sugar is addictive make. Water is like heroin!
