What's your current weight, and what's your goal weight? What is your daily MFP calorie goal, how much are you actually eating, and how much are you exercising? And are you looking for help? If so, we need more details - hence the questions at the beginning of my post.

I will say that as long as you're carefully measuring and logging your food/drink intake HONESTLY, then the weight should come off. I've gone through times when I've been less than honest with myself about exactly how much I was eating, and the scales showed it.

Edited to add: Weight loss is not linear, though. Sometimes it will come off slower/faster than others. Just keep logging and exercising and it will come off eventually. It took me well over a year to lose 70 pounds, but I kept at it and finally got to goal.
