Going over daily sugar!

Hi, I'm pretty new to MFP and whilst doing ok, to reach my food calorie goals. My sugar consumption is SO much higher than I thought it was. I'm currently doing the 10 day Herbalife belly buster and for all I'm staying quite full. The shakes have rather a lot of fructose in them, so as soon as I consume anything else containing sugar I go over my daily limit. Anybody with any non-sugarary yet sweet tooth fulfilling snack ideas, would be appreciated. (Especially from the girls as I've just hit that dreaded time of the month!) :cry: x
