Hi! I have been down this road before, usually tied to some diet or mad dog exercise that is hard to sustain if you have to work, or want to do anything else but be in the gym. What's new... literally logging everything I eat or drink and being active. Tracking calories in and active (not metabolic) calories out, and finding the ratio that will keep me losing fat mass and gaining lean mass. Would love to be on this journey with others.
