    Hi Becca, you are 50 % there! Thats terrific. I ve been yo yo dieting all my life but i felt best when i excercised 4 to 5x per week, ate few carbs, slept well and had energy to spare. My schedule now permits 4x but injuries have set me back. i want to feel that energy again cause it keeps me positive and able to bounce back when life or me or others let me down. Good health is such a gift , lets make the most of it while we can !
