Red Numbers on Food Tracker

Can you explain to me what these numbers are for ?

Are you talking about the number at the top of your home page? It turns red when you've gone over your allotted calories for the day, as a way of reminding you to stay on track. Don't panic about it, but don't let exceeding it by more than a little become a common thing either if you want to lose weight.
(On the other hand, if you're always going over by a lot because you're always hungry, try reassessing your goals and consider losing more slowly so that you can eat more!)0 -
If your numbers are red it means you went over the allowance in that category. Green are the amounts you still have left. My sodium is chronically red.0

Ah, true, I forgot they turn red on the diary page as well!
(I never worry about the individual numbers, personally, although I might have to get more into it at some point.)
