So next week I am starting a new job, I'm really looking forward to it, but a little nervous I'm going to have to change my eating and exercise routine, I'll be working casual so I'll still have plenty of time for gym. Just nervous about losing focus. Tips anyone? What have you guys done to stay on top of your healthy lifestyle when circumstances change?
