I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 26 year old female. I am trying to maintain my weight while toning up. I lost about 20 pounda 2 1/2 years ago thanks to diet change and exercise. I still struggle occaionally, but I am attempting to stay on track so I will be able to maintain my weight. I seem to find most people are not very encouraging or give up, so it will be nice to have consistant encouragement/help.
