Sugar

How much sugar are you taking in most days? I seem to stay under my goal in every other area except sugar.
Today for instance I am already over.

I had 1/2 of a Yoplait Greek Vanilla Yogurt with Strawberries(1/2 cup or less-I didn't measure) and Blueberries( 1/4 cup) for breakfast.
A Kellogg's fiber bar for snack. For lunch I had Green Giant steamed vegetables. Water with everything. I know fruit has a lot of sugar, but come on. I also try to pick snacks(well every meal for that matter) with 5 grams of sugar or less.

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
