How much sugar are you taking in most days? I seem to stay under my goal in every other area except sugar.
Today for instance I am already over.
I had 1/2 of a Yoplait Greek Vanilla Yogurt with Strawberries(1/2 cup or less-I didn't measure) and Blueberries( 1/4 cup) for breakfast.
A Kellogg's fiber bar for snack. For lunch I had Green Giant steamed vegetables. Water with everything. I know fruit has a lot of sugar, but come on. I also try to pick snacks(well every meal for that matter) with 5 grams of sugar or less.
Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Unless you have a medical reason to watch your sugars don't worry about it provided they are coming from good sources like fruits.0

Unless you have a medical reason to monitor your sugar intake, don't worry about it.
Just in case you weren't aware of this feature, when you go to the message boards section, there is a button called search and you can type in a keyword/phrase (ex: sugar) and you can see the threads that have already been created on the topic. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Okay the 100s make me feel much better. I just feel the 24 gram guideline from the FDA is a little ridiculous.0 -
Mine have been hitting at 100-150 daily, but the bulk of it is from fruits and Greek yogurts.
