Hey I just recently discovered a section on reddit called 'loseit' and the concept of CICO: calories in vs calories out. I started out for the first week just getting used to logging everything I eat; not worrying about the Cal's. Then this week I've been sticking to 1500cals! And I've already lost 3.7kg! :-O anyway, if you wanna add me feel free xoxo
