Needing to lose around 80 pounds

Hi I'm needing all the motivation and support I can get as I need to lose around 80 pounds per doctors orders to get my health under control and get my weight down. I'm currently down 6 pounds so I have a long way to go yet but I know it will happen over time. Please feel free to add me as a friend
