Cruise help!

I'm headed on a cruise and worried about going completely off track. Since I will not have internet, I'm not sure how to log my calories. Any suggestions?

What if you took a journal/notebook with you to log your exercise and calories manually? Also, maybe the cruise ship allows passengers access to an office type room with computers?0

Cruises are AWESOME, I go on two a year and LOVE them!
Yes there is loads of food available 24/7, but you don't have to eat EVERYTHING
But...it is only for 7 nights or perhaps 10/14nts, you can go enjoy it to the full and worry about any gain when you get back. Its a personal choice. I am inclined to still keep an eye on how much I'm consuming and aim for around maintenance cals to 500 above those per day.
You can still log your calories on MFP even without internet, the database is there without connection as far as I know! I don't bother logging but mentally keep track ..sort of.

Keep protein and carb portions about the size of a clenched fist. 1-2 drinks per day. You'll be fine.1
