Kombucha. Fermented carrots & jake fruit

Any friends brew there own kombucha and make there own fermented carrots:)

What about jake fruit:)

    We do kombucha.
    I ferment cabbage and add carrots sometimes. Pickle things in the fridge. I love trying other people's recipes.

    Is jack fruit the big pokey smelly fruit? Never had it.
