I gained 0.2 back this week, but was expecting a loss. Looking over previous week's, I'm fairly confident that I ate back too many exercise calories. I exercised a lot more, then ate more, figuring I could. Lesson learned.8 -

I like how you've created a timeline for your ultimate goal for the end of January. It looks like we're about the same number of pounds away from our "ultimate" goals, so maybe I will do the same! It has been a looooong journey for me. It has taken me a little over a year to drop 44.2 pounds, and my overall goal is fifty pounds off. I'm going to be looking for or starting an MFP maintenance group soon to keep the weight off.5 -

I keep forgetting to update on the right day. I did weigh myself two days ago (12/18) and woke up to a nice loss!

Don't be discouraged. I'm going to assume that the 145.5 was WAY off. Was it the same scale, time of day, same conditions -> "sickness pays off". I'd suggest that sickness scewed the numbers.

Just want to drop in and give you some encouragement. Just keep going! Double check your logs, make sure you're weighing everything, and if you have been over a few times don't sweat it. Just keep going.1 -

A reminder to measure yourselves! I've been pretty frustrated with this snail-pace weight loss lately. Yesterday noticing that my pants just fit better I decided to measure myself after not having done so since establishing my goal. I lost 1.5 inches from my waist in about 40 days. Tomorrow's weigh in will probably not be much different than last week.6
