Well, I did indeed fall off the wagon, lose my commitment, stop paying attention ; all of the above and was stopped in my tracks with a blood pressure reading of 210/110 and my feet are swollen by the end of every day. I was going great! Why? Why?Why? Don't know, don't care, just closing the door of all things yesterday as I walk through today's door of New Commitment.
