sugar issue

I always go over my sugar with MFP; I'm talking I go over by almost DOUBLE! I love fruit and at least eat about four servings a day.

Last week I got blood work done. They had me fast for the test, so I went at 7am so I wouldn't be too hungry. They took about 5 tubes and I almost passed out after they were done! They informed me this happens a lot due to the fasting. They recommended I eat something before driving home and it worked out perfectly that I had a banana in my purse.

I got the results back a few day again and everything was normal except for my glucose. It was super low!! My doctor actually recommended me eating more sugar, like healthy fruits. HA!

Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions?

I go over on my sugar as well. I always do. I don't really know the answer to the problem. I think a lot of foods have sugar in them. Even if they are the "healthy foods" like fruits and veggies. So I have learned not to stress to much over that. As long as your doctor said there wasn't a problem, I wouldn't think to much about it.
