A quick hi to everyone in this community

Hi All,

I am Raheel, been running after losing some weight, over last 8 weeks lost 9 kilos of "fat" (not muscle).

The old calorie count method works best for me. I tried so many diets and always failed or gained weight quickly. Now I stick to matching my daily calories and trying to not exceed 1800 calories a day.

Anyway, good luck to all. Please share your success story too so we can can help and learn from each other.
