I work as a bartender in a restaurant that keeps fries, onion strings, potato chips, conqueso dip, and other yummy things that are really bad for you within arms reach. How do you stay strong willed when bad is at your fingertips?

Nothing is bad for you in moderation - unless you have medical issues.

I just tell myself is not worth it. When there's dead food in the window I tell all the other servers so someone will eat it before me lol.

    This problem exactly!

For me so far it's just been determination. If I do nip a fry or two I log it and move on.

I log everything. Sometimes I won't eat something if it is difficult to log. And when I start to log something before I eat it I will often decide not to waste the calories on it unless it is something I really want. I would also make sure I ate well before work. I can always eat, but it is easier for me to resist temptations if I am not hungry.
