I received a lot of feedback on my last accountability, saying my plan was unfeasible. I've decided to change things up.

5'4''
Highest weight: 150 :(
Starting weight: 150 :neutral: but im not sure. it fluctuates with food weight
GW1: 135
GW2: 130
GW3: 125
GW4: 120
UGW: 115

Calorie limit: 1500
Exercise: Guaranteed 2x a week swim practice, and I'm trying to squeeze in Blogilates every day
Other goals to note:
-64 oz of water every day
-Limit added sugar
-vegetarian
-Goal: do 50 pushups
-Goal: Do the splits
-Goal: Hold a 200-second plank

Every day, I'll update my calorie limit and weight. Be warned: This will probably include rants and random thoughts. Think of this as a diary :)
