    Well, aside that getting in your best shape in 4 weeks is obviously a ridiculous claim.. fat loss is mostly about taking in fewer calories than you burn.. not the specific type of exercise you do.

    That workout might be ok for someone who currently trains hard and has good form. It's a bodypart split workout and includes plyometrics, both of which can injure those without a base level of conditioning, especially if your form isn't good, or you have orthopedic issues.
    If you choose to do it, i'd move the leg curls & leg extensions to the end of the workout. Isolation exercises don't belong at the beginning. Mistakes like that are typical of bodybuilding.com workouts.

    I like the circuits, drop sets and super sets with minimal time between sets for a cardio style weight workout but prefer my Cardio separate from my weight training when I really want to add Muscle and strength.
