Time to step it up

Ok we've all done our Thanksgiving binge, and might still have more binging to do til Monday.

Now we all have to step it up and work off all those calories we consumed! Christmas is only a month away and we'll all probably start binging on Christmas goodies soon, so lets work off Thanksgiving before that happens!

    I haven't binged on anything o.o lol
I'm just doing my days, like any other days, just doing. Work, live, work, live. Yup. The society's way to keep the general public working the most out of their day life.

And nah, I won't be binging on Xmas, howeverrrr... May stock up on ham to last me for at least 6 months :P

Not everyone binged at thanks giving just because you did...

+1 I didn't binge. I just ate within my goals.....
I enjoy the comfort and relaxation offered by the holidays and eat as normal.
Also, I don't like the term "binge." It seems like an unhealthy way to look forward to holidays. Overeating may happen, but a full blown EATZ-ALL-THE-DA-FOODZ session is unnecessary imo. There'll always be leftovers to enjoy over the next week.

I get you Angela. Definitely ate more carbs than I have in awhile. Gonna stick with proteins and lay off the rest of those delicious homemade rolls...maybe one more. Oooo look! Eggnog!

I was "lucky" to have the stomach flu over Thanksgiving. Lost four pounds! Finally back to normal and enjoying leftovers in moderation.

Also thought I was going to die so have a renewed commitment to making healthy choices and living life to its fullest. Looking forward to a lovely holiday season.

No binging here.. I worked out as usual, and stuck to the calorie goals, just a bit relaxed on the calorie choices..
I personally cannot fathom gaining 5 pounds over the holidays like I did years past.

OP, just get back on the plan that works for you..

I was back in the gym on Friday. Started back logging food today after a few days off.
