So I really find truth to this. If you're sitting on the couch saying to yourself "I should workout, but meh", Try putting on your workout clothes! Seriously! If you get dressed for it and don't do it, you feel pretty darn guilty.

I've gotten dressed, driven to the gym, then turned around and went for coffee. I didn't really feel guilty either. Making it an appointment (set time and date) tends to work well for many people.2
