Need help understanding how much of what I need!

New here and still confused on how many fats, carbs and proteins I really need. Any help is appreciated. Also looking to connect with people to journey with :)

    The first step is really getting your calories in check. Once you got that down...
    .8g per pound of lean body mass (or per pound of body weight) protein
    .35g per pound of body weight fat
    The rest in carbs

    Some people do even lower carb and higher fat as well. You have to find a way of eating that works for you. The fat and protein suggestions are about minimums though.
