I'm jealous of my fiancee's friends list lol

Male, 26 years old, living in Kew Gardens, 290lbs (down from 293 when I started) and am going low-carb using bicycling as my exercise.

    My friends and I joined this together to keep each other motivated, and it worked at first, but them I became a major slacker, the others are still doing great though, I guess I thought, they are friends, its ok to slack off a bit. Being in nursing school full time and also working nights, I tend to not eat the best things, I stay under my calories but its not enough, I think I need strangers as friends to help with the accountability, I have let my friends down with trying to encourage them. I can preach it all day but seem to have a problem with sticking to it!
