Serial Starter...Now I NEED To Do This Right

After yo-yo dieting for pretty much my entire life, I have been having health issues lately...all of which I know are related to my weight issues. I have been the queen of big weight swings--85 lb loss here, 90 gain there, 40 lb loss here, 50 lb gain there--which has resulted in me now being almost 100 lbs over my healthy goal weight. I need to stop being a serial starter and just start making permanent changes. The fact that I have lost the weight before and have felt amazing doing it just proves that I am capable...it's just easy to fall back into old, bad habits. Does anyone else struggle with this? Any advice? Starting today (really), I need to take one day at a time.

I haven't had as big of losses/gains as you, but I have started and restarted dozens of times and I'm so sick of it! This is the last restart--I'm going to do it this time! Feel free to add me if you'd like an accountability buddy!1
