I few years back I used this app and went feom 245 pounds to 150 pounds.
After a hard 3 years of stress, family deaths, and regular adult things I gained back a lot of my weight.
I have been back on track for 2 weeks and lost 5 pounds ( Mayne more but I forgot to weight myself before breakfast lol)
Does anyone have any good tips about exercise for a busy life style?
I work 5-6 days a week 8am-5pm..
I find it hard to exercise, even more so since the closest gym I'd about a 35 minute drive away.
