Meal Planning

So, I decided to restart tracking and honestly sometimes I get obsessed with it. For me, it works best when I pre-plan my meals so I will usually take a little time and plan at least 2 days of meals. after being off line for a while, I had completely gotten off track. After spending the morning planning and reviewing my macros, I think I am ok to start. I seems I am staying within my daily macro goals, except carbs (I struggle with them). I have to admit, it honestly seems like so much more food than I would normally eat in a day LOL but I do realize it is only due to the fact I am eating whole foods and not processed. Anyone with any advice please feel free to comment.
