Hi I have only been keeping track of what I eat 14 days and in that time I have been doing a kettlebells routine for 20 minutes. I never reach my calorie intake of 1520 each day and yet I still pretty much we're the same sometimes I go up a little sometimes I go down a little but I was doing that before I started watching what I eat and exercising. Am I doing something wrong or is it just too soon to be seeing results.

What results are you looking for? We need more info. Your stats? And goals?
ETA: your are a 38 female1 -
How's your tracking? Are you eyeballing portions and using generic entries? Or are you using a food scale, the recipe builder, accurate entries, etc. Your results are only as good as your logging.1

Thanks guys I appreciate the replies. I'm a 38 female, I started off at 12 stone I'm hoping to eventually get to 10 stone. When it comes to measuring my portions I do it by eye. So I should probably really waigh my food properly.?0

If you're eyeballing, you really have no idea how much you're eating and whether you are under or over your calorie goal.5

Ok so today I properly measured all my food and yeah I can definitely see why judging by eye is totally pointless. Thank you guys.6
